One request per applicant per need — duplicate or automated submissions may be discarded.
Loan Agreements Are Between You and Your Lender
Any loan you accept is governed by the agreement you sign with that lender and by applicable law — not by these terms. APR, fees, schedules, reporting practices, and the consequences of missed payments are the lender's terms, disclosed in their offer, and the site's standing advice applies: read the total-repaid line, the fee lines, and the prepayment language before signing anything, with the glossary at your elbow if the vocabulary needs it.
